People in the present world are often looking busy and as such they are living stressful lives. And it is also notable that there are number of health issues brought from the stressful life. Thus, there are some more effects of the how the life is being live, on one’s health and skin and also on hairs. Moreover, there are number of people on this earth, who always seems to be having the hair loss issues. And many of them also want to know about the causes of such hair loss issues. Thus, the relation and connection between the Stress and Hair loss, can now be discussed in the following paragraphs.
Thus, it is notable as seen herein above that there is a relation between stress and hair loss, and there can be seen mainly three types of hair loss which are associated with high stress level. As such, Telogen effluvium, in which significant stress will be pushing large numbers of hair follicles into a resting phase. And it can be seen that in only few months, the affected hairs may be falling out suddenly when they are simply combing or washing.
Secondly, Trichotillomania is an irresistible urge to pull out hair from the scalp, eyebrows or other areas of the body. Even though hair pulling can be a way of dealing with negative or uncomfortable feeling, but it fact that it is also causing more stress, tension, loneliness, frustration or boredom.
Thirdly, Alopecia areata, which are being caused by a variety of factors, possibly including severe stress. With this problem, the immune system of the body attacks the hair follicles which results in the hair falling.
Thus, to reduce the hair fall, people need to be stress free, or at least they should control their stress. Thus, one who is feeling that he is losing his hairs then he should first move to the Doctor. And also he should concentrate over his stress if there available. Thus, stress control will surely result in greater reduction in hair fall. It will also bring happiness in the life and will allow the people to look great amongst the youngsters
